Do you allow pets?
Pets are considered on a case by case basis. Upon approval, the tenant will need to sign a pet lease addendum and pay pet rent of $25 per month.
What's the fee to apply?
$50, which is paid directly to Landlord Tenant Services. They accept payment by credit card or PayPal.
What are your credit and/or income requirements?
Tenants should be able to show three times the monthly rent payment in income, and be able to provide references from past landlords. We use Landlord Tenant Services to conduct a background and credit screening on all tenants. Depending on credit history, a co-signer may be required.
How do I apply?
Apply online here. In order to complete your application, you'll need:
A copy of your driver's license
Your most recent paycheck stub
How much money will I need to move in?
A deposit equal to one month's rent is required upon signing the lease.
I'm applying with a roommate/spouse. Do we need to submit separate applications?
Yes. A separate application is required for every resident over the age of 18.
